Ordering

How long will it take for my order to process?

Please allow 1-3 business days during regular operating days for your order to process and to be packed. You will then receive a tracking number once your order is ready to ship. Any orders placed after 4pm est or on bank holidays, this will not be included as a business day and an additional day to process and pack your order may be needed.

What is a pre-order?

Items marked pre-order will ship once available. The estimated ship date is shared on the product page. Payment is taken when the order is placed. You will receive an email notification once your pre-order item has shipped. Occasionally, a pre-ordered item may take longer to ship than anticipated. If this situation is to occur, we may cancel your pre-order and issue a store credit for the full amount if the order is needed to be cancelled. A $10 restock fee will not be charged.

When will sold out items get restocked?

Our items are available during the launch of each collection, and we suggest for you to pre-order your desired style and size. Each item is treated like a limited edition and is available for a limited time only. If you are interested in learning when we do restock any product, sign up for our emails and make sure to give us a follow on Instagram @shopallinthedetail to be the first to know about it.

Final sale and sample sale items

Final Sale and Sample Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These products are marked as final sale. We encourage you to take your time to read the product description and take your time in selecting the size for sample sale and final sale items. We do provide a size chart as a reference and guide. You may email us directly for assistance with sizing, but we are not responsible if final size selected is not the preferred size.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel a retail order, please email us at info@aitdshop.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. If your retail order is able to be cancelled, an e-store merchandise card will be emailed. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. Each item is handmade and on a made to order basis. Once an order is received, the process to create your item has already started, and not eligible for cancellations.

Gift Cards

Want to surprise your loved ones but not too sure what to get? You can never go wrong with an All In The Detail gift card that can be redeemed on anything in our shop.

Gift cards are sent via email containing instructions on how to redeem at checkout. Gift cards are final sale.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Complimentary shipping will be provided on all US orders of $250+. Any orders under will be charged a $9.99 flat rate ground shipping fee upon check out. Please allow your order up to 1-3 business days to process. Please be mindful of this if selecting an overnight shipping. For urgent orders, please email info@aitdshop.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Depending on your choice of shipping method, all ground orders may take up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. 

Do you ship international?

We provide international shipping with DHL Express, USPS, or UPS. When shipping internationally there are additional customs and other import fees that may occur. The receiver of the package will be responsible for all additional charges, duties, customs, tax fees, import fees, etc. If an order is refused and returned to our warehouse, the shipping fees, unpaid tax, duties, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. All international orders are final sale, and cannot be exchanged. All risk in the order, including lost, stolen, or damaged products, shall be the customer's responsibility. All In The Detail is not liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. We recommend you reach out to the shipping carrier directly and start a claim. 

What if my package gets lost?

If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possible can to assist you. Please email us at  info@shopaitd.com. Whether it is a wholesale order or retail sale, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We will recommend to reach out to UPS directly. If the package has not been delivered, we may offer a replacement item or exchange to a different item of the same value, or provide a store credit for the retail value of the item. Shipping costs will not be included and will not be reimbursed.

What is your exchange policy?

If you are needing to exchange for a different size or color, please start the exchange process by emailing info@aitdshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive a return form to be completed and a return shipping label. Once we receive your original order, we will ship out your new order and provide the new tracking number. All final sale items are not eligible for exchanges. There will not be a $10 restocking fee for exchanges, as this will be complimentary. All international orders are final sale, and cannot be exchanged.

How do I know which size I should order?

Our sizing runs true to size. We ask to read the product description which will share additional information on sizing, and even which size the model is wearing. If you are still in doubt in which size to order, we recommend for you to send us an email to info@aitdshop.com.

Care Guide

How should I wash my new garment?

To ensure your new garment lasts for years to come, please follow the care instructions listed on your garment's label. We recommend hand washing your items separately in cold water to avoid any dye transfers as slight dye bleeding may occur within the first few washes.

Some of our fabrics can be washed in the machine on the delicate or hand wash cycle with cold water. Please make sure to turn your garment inside out. If your garment has additional delicate details, we recommend to place it inside a mesh laundry bag.

Can I dry clean?

Dry cleaning may be possible for our garments. Alert your cleaner to use the gentlest possible chemicals. Use only petroleum based solvents on pieces with hand block prints.

How should I iron?

We kindly ask to always follow instructions on the care tag. We recommend for to use a warm steamer or iron. We recommend to avoid using the hottest setting.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, selected styles and pieces are available for wholesale. Please email us directly at sales@aitdshop.com for a look book and more information.

Can I schedule an appointment?

Yes, you can schedule an in person appointment or a virtual appointment. Please email sarah@mergeshowroom.com for an in person appointment, and sales@aitdshop.com for a virtual appointment.

Other

Do you work with influencers?

Yes, we do work with influencers. We only have a selected amount of gifting packages per season. If you are interested in receiving a package and would like to learn more, please send us an email to pr@aitdshop.com.
